Response From Georgia Attorney General's Office

We very much appreciate having a response from The State of Georgia's Attorney General's office.
The Georgia AG office states that this case is out of it's jurisdiction and has forwarded our concerns to the Athens-Clarke County district attorney's office. The DA's name is Ken Mauldin. Please view the video on this blog with DA Mauldin.

Call & Fax District Attorney Ken Mauldin and inquire as to why he has not prosecuted this case.

There has not been a response from the Athens - Clarke County Police department from our requests to have a Pro Bono Polygraph Expert conduct polygraphs on the men who committed this crime. Additionally, Major Seizemore has stated that the police force has their own polygraph experts. Our requests for an independent polygraph have gone ignored while, one party to this crime has stated that he would conduct a polygraph. Why are the Athens Georgia Police refusing to cooperate in a polygraph exam? Call, e-mail and ask them why.
