The Men Responsible for the rape and torture have not been arrested. UPDATE: In 2012 we were denied an incident report. Upon viewing the report in 2013, evidence shows that the child was 2 years of age when raped. #TheLittleGirl's counselors state she must have an arrest for recovery. The Little Girl's mother is now being targeted with Economic Warfare using false traffic violations as sanctions!
